Prop C passed with over 70% voting to tell obama and his gang of thugs to stay the hell out of our health care.
As soon as it looked like Prop C was going to pass, all the liberal media jumped in to tell everyone how it would never stand up in court. Who cares if it stands up? We made our voices heard. We told washington in general and obama in particular to shove it. We let them know that they are overstepping their authority and we don't appreciate it.
Other States will have something similar on their ballots in November, but Missouri was the first.

Cleveland, Minnesota - July 30, 2010
Cleveland is a little town in Minnesota, but the cars that show up for their Cruise in nights are spectacular. Here are a few. I'll post more tomorrow night... enjoy!
Obamacare Only Looks Worse Upon Further Review
Look at this huge mess. This was purposely designed to confuse the ever loving shit out of anyone trying to make sense of it. This chart represents the death of quality health care in this Country. If the people we elect in November aren't able to repeal this horseshit, we are screwed.
How have we let this happen to our Country? It is our own fault folks, we have been asleep at the wheel for far too long. We have trusted our elected leaders to do the right thing and they have screwed us. We have to make this right, soon, or it will never be right again...
Oh, and fuck the aarp for selling out seniors to make a buck. What a piece of shit, money grubbing organization...

One of the more illuminating remarks during the health-care debate in Congress came when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told an audience that Democrats would “pass the bill so you can find out what’s in it, away from the fog of controversy.”
That remark captured the truth that, while many Americans have a vague sense that something bad is happening to their health care, few if any understand exactly what the law does.
To fill this vacuum, Representative Kevin Brady of Texas, the top House Republican on the Joint Economic Committee, asked his staff to prepare a study of the law, including a flow chart that illustrates how the major provisions will work.
The result, made public July 28, provides citizens with a preview of the impact the health-care overhaul will have on their lives. It’s a terrifying road map that shows Democrats have launched America on the most reckless policy experiment in its history, the economic equivalent of the Bay of Pigs invasion.
Before discussing what the law means for you, we have to look at what it does to government. That’s where the chart comes in handy. It includes the new fees, bureaucracies and programs and connects them into an organizational chart that accounts for the existing structure. It’s so carefully documented that a line connecting two structures cites the legislative language that created the link.
Ornate System
This clearly is a candidate for most disorganized organizational chart ever. It shows that the health system is complex, yes, but also ornate. The new law creates 68 grant programs, 47 bureaucratic entities, 29 demonstration or pilot programs, six regulatory systems, six compliance standards and two entitlements.
Getting that massive enterprise up and running will be next to impossible. So Democrats streamlined the process by granting Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius the authority to make judgments that can’t be challenged either administratively or through the courts.
This monarchical protection from challenges is extended as well to the development of new patient-care models under Obama’s controversial recess appointment, Donald Berwick, whom Republicans are calling the rationer-in-chief. Berwick will run the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, where he can experiment with ways to use administrative fiat to move our system toward the socialized medicine of Europe, which he has at times embraced.
Closer to Home
A sprawling, complex bureaucracy has been set up that will have almost absolute power to dictate terms for participating in the health-care system. That’s what the law does to government. What it does to you is worse.
Based on the administration’s own numbers, as many as 117 million people might have to change their health plans by 2013 as their employer-provided coverage loses its grandfathered status and becomes subject to the new Obamacare mandates.
Those mandates also might make your health care more expensive. The Congressional Budget Office predicts that premiums for a small number of families who buy their insurance privately will rise by as much as $2,100.
The central Obamacare mechanism for increasing insurance coverage is an expansion of the Medicaid program. Of the 30 million new people covered, 16 million will be enrolled in Medicaid. And you could end up in the program whether you want it or not. The bill states that people who apply for coverage through the new exchanges or who apply for premium-subsidy credits will automatically be enrolled in Medicaid if they qualify.
Hurting the Elderly
To pay for this expansion, the bill takes $529 billion from Medicare, with roughly 39 percent of the cut coming from the Medicare Advantage program. This represents a large transfer of resources, sacrificing the care of the elderly in order to increase the Medicaid rolls.
For all this supposed reform, you, the American taxpayer, can expect a bill to the tune of $569 billion.
Front and center among the new taxes is the 40 percent excise tax on those lucky people with so-called Cadillac health plans. The higher insurance costs that are driven by the government mandates will push many more ordinary plans into Cadillac territory.
If the idea of taxing people with coverage deemed too good doesn’t bother you, maybe the new 3.8 percent tax on investment income will. That will apply even to a small number of home sales, those that generate $250,000 in profit for an individual or $500,000 for a married couple.
In vivid color and detail, Congressman Brady’s chart captures the huge expansion of government coming under Obamacare. Harder to show on paper is the pain it will cause.
Obama's back-door amnesty threat is real
It would be just like this slimy bastard to try and sneak something in on us. But this isn't a little sneak, this is a sneak on the scale of Hiroshima. And don't this administration fool you. They may deny that they are trying to figure a way to do this, but it is a complete lie. obama and his gang of thugs are working on this night and day.
It's also kind of funny, when you can't get support for a protest, just buy it from some union thugs. Not only will they get on busses and travel for a protest, they will start a bunch of trouble while they are there. Does anyone know what it costs to rent a couple of busses of union thugs? The seiu is the definition of union thugdom. They have set the standard that all unions will aspire to in the future. How is it that when these goons cause trouble there are no police officers around to arrest or better yet, taze these jackasses?

An undated memo surfaced on U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services letterhead last week from four agency staffers to Director Alejandro N. Mayorkas. The memo was titled "Administrative Alternatives to Comprehensive Immigration Reform." The memo outlined 18 ways ("used alone or in combination") to make a legal resident of every illegal alien in the U.S. through "a non-legislative version of amnesty."
The memo is a blueprint for presidential dictatorship.
The Obama administration's first media reaction to the memo was to question its authenticity. By Friday, the Obama sock puppets were admitting the memo was genuine, but "nobody should mistake deliberation and exchange of ideas for final decisions," according to a USCIS spokesman.
Rep. Brian Bilbray, R-Calif., confirmed on my radio show Friday that he had heard about the internal USCIS memo more than a month ago and, together with 48 other members of the House, had sent a letter to Obama on July 1 asking him to state whether he intends to go around Congress and grant illegal alien amnesty through presidential order. The president has not replied to the Bilbray letter.
Like the earlier threat to use the administrative powers of the Environmental Protection Agency to impose carbon restrictions and "fees" if Congress failed to act on the Obama "Cap and Trade" proposal (under which Obama promised electricity rates would "necessarily skyrocket"), this threat to directly grant amnesty to illegals by presidential dictate was seen by many other Obama cheerleaders as a savvy political move to increase pressure on Congress to act on "comprehensive immigration reform."
Don't believe it.
While there's no doubt Obama would prefer signing congressional amnesty legislation (if only because of the opportunity to include another kite tail of goodies for his labor, environmental and lawyer backers), time is running out. Even crazy Harry Reid has recognized that We the People are just too aware of the amnesty issue and way too opposed to it to allow passage of such a bill this close to an election.
But Obama's political need for an amnesty is too great. Obama views illegal aliens as undocumented Democrats – future voters vital to the re-election of the regime in 2012 and, if possible, the deus ex machina miracle needed to save enough failing congressional Democrats to hang onto control after this fall's election.
What gave away Obama's real intent is the unfolding presidential jihad against Arizona.
Federal District Judge Susan Bolton's injunction order against Arizona's immigration law is replete with sweeping generalizations unsupported by statute or precedent. But it does reveal Obama's real intentions on the border. The judge's order incorporates the "Justice" Department's contention that Obama has the power to not enforce immigration laws passed by Congress and the further power to stop any state from enforcing those laws.
The presidential oath (administered twice to this president!) requires the "faithful execution" of the office and the defense of the Constitution. As the executive sworn to carry out the will of the people as expressed by the people's representatives in Congress through the adoption of laws, the president has no constitutional power to decide to ignore the laws of Congress.
Yet Obama not only asserts such a power, he has a federal judge now confirming it. Congress – and through Congress the American people's ability to define and limit presidential power – just got taken down a notch. If the president can ignore congressional laws and prevent others from enforcing those laws, we are near dictatorship.
Obama's real intentions were also revealed by political allies in the community activist ranks who were mobilized to enforce the judge's order and bash Arizona.
SEIU, a labor union that spent $67 million supporting Obama in the 2008 election, and whose president was the single most frequent visitor to the White House in 2009, hired buses in Los Angeles and sent paid "volunteers" to Phoenix to demonstrate against the Arizona law. Defying overwhelming citizen support within Arizona for Gov. Jan Brewer and the Arizona immigration law, leftist groups within Arizona were mobilized to demonstrate in Tucson and Phoenix.
Violence ensued in both cities (this was no "tea party") and many arrests followed. On I-19 south of Tucson, a multi-car pileup was narrowly averted when the two southbound lanes were blocked by pickup trucks full of young men who, according to local media reports, unloaded tires and glass onto the freeway and posted a banner that protested the Arizona law. A video (warning: graphic language) of this incident is posted under "clipboard" at RogerHedgecock.com.
The Obama media ignored the violence, ignored the "Che" T-shirts and banners, ignored the "down-with-capitalism" speeches, ignored the Mexican flags. Instead, they went with the "racist" spin on the Arizona law, highlighting the plight of individual illegals now fearful of staying in Arizona. One woman, illegally in the U.S. from Nicaragua, even complained in a TV interview that she would have to move to Philadelphia. Oh, the horror!
Gov. Brewer has immediately announced an appeal of the judge's order. The governor is standing up to Obama's power grab and deserves every American's support.
I'm tired of just documenting and talking about the many atrocities of the Obama regime. I'm taking my national radio talk show to Tucson on Aug. 5 and inviting every listener to join me to support Gov. Brewer and Arizona. The time for just talk is over. It's time to take a stand.
Republicans: Stimulus Money Being Wasted
It's almost as if these assholes are making up stuff to do with our money. How can stimulus money be spent OUTSIDE of the United States? Especially on the stupid shit these guys are spending it on? Even a lot of the "projects" within our borders are a complete waste. $500,000 for windows on a visitor center that has been closed for three years with no plans to reopen? Come on, this has to be a sick joke. A study of dog domestication? WTF? Exactly how much money can our government flush right down the shitter? Obviously a lot...

Dance and ants. Dogs and dinosaurs. Windows for an abandoned building; new sidewalks replaced by newer sidewalks; and, a facelift for a fort few can reach.
According to a report released Tuesday by two Republican Senators, these are just a few of the questionable projects being funded with money from President Obama’s $862 billion dollar economic stimulus package.
One of the report’s authors, Senator Tom Coburn of Oklahoma said, “There is no question the stimulus bill has had a positive effect on the economy to a certain degree and… our criticism is, it could have had a far greater effect.”
Coburn claims common sense would dictate that stimulus money is wasted or mismanaged on the 100 projects outlined in a report he co-authored with Arizona’s John McCain titled “Summertime Blues.”
Among the projects singled out for criticism in the report:
--A half million dollars for new windows at the Mt. St. Helens visitors center in Amboy, Washington. The building has been closed since 2007 and there are no immediate plans to reopen it.
--$6.9 million dollars for repairs to an 1846 brick fort marooned on Dry Tortuga at the end the Florida Keys. Few people can visit this remote national park unless they hire a seaplane or take a four-hour round-trip boat ride.
--Creating a museum in an abandoned train station in Glasboro, NJ, at the cost of $1.2 million.
--$2 million dollars to send researchers from the California Academy of Sciences to islands in the Indian Ocean to study exotic ants.
--A study of dog domestication at Cornell University with a price tag of $296-thousand dollars.
--$141-thousand dollars to send students from Montana State University to China to study dinosaur eggs.
--$762-thousand dollars to create interactive choreography programs at the University of North Carolina. Dancers would wear electronic monitors to analyze their movements.
--$89-thousand dollars to replace sidewalks in Boynton, Oklahoma that were just replaced five years ago. One of them goes nowhere near any houses or businesses and leads directly into a ditch.
Coburn and McCain claim these and other projects are misconceived and mismanaged, while creating few, if any, new jobs.
As Senator McCain put it: “The stimulus package was supposed to create jobs. Unemployment was going to be 8%. That's what the president said. That's what his chief economic advisor said. That's what the Secretary of the Treasury said when they sold this debt to the American people. It does not create jobs.
The Obama Administration disagrees. In July, the White House announced that about three million new jobs have been saved or created by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, as the stimulus package is officially titled.
Vice President Joe Biden insisted, “The economic initiatives that we took, they are working.”
Noting that the report from Coburn and McCain comes just months before the mid-term elections, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs suggested “Summertime Blues” isn’t really about jobs. He said, “I think… this has much more to do with politics.”
Don't Forget to Vote Today!

I'm Back!
We took a little trip to Minnesota this past weekend. Great fun was had by all. We visited with my Bride's relatives, went to a parade, a couple of car shows and just hung around.
Here are a few teaser pictures of posts to come over the next few days...
